How can I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Depending on the order’s status and processing time, we will do our best to accommodate your request. When will My Order Ship?

Our standard shipping time for your order is typically 2 days. However, there are instances when unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or limited availability of our courier partners may cause delays in the delivery process.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

If your order has not been delivered yet, there may have been a delay in transit caused by our delivery partner. In such cases, we recommend, waiting until the delivery TAT date. What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your order or received a damaged/defective item, you can request a return. Please read the return policy.

As of now, To initiate a return please contact our customer care within 7 days of delivery. With a valid reason.

Can I return an item without its original packaging?

To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging. However, if the original packaging is no longer available, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Is there a return shipping fee?

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, if you’re returning the item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. However, you can return the item and let us know your replacement item, and we will ship it for you.

How to get my refund?

We will initiate the refund using your original payment method, which is applicable for debit card and credit card payments. However, if you made your purchase using cash on delivery or UPI, we kindly request you provide us with your UPI ID and bank details so that we can process the refund accordingly.
