To place an order, visit our website and browse through the products. Once you find an item you’d like to purchase, select the desired options (e.g., size, type) and click on the “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button. Follow the prompts to provide shipping and payment information to complete your order.

Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

You can click on the tracking link or visit the carrier’s (Delhivery, Amazon) website and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on the status of your shipment.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

Returns & Refunds

We will initiate the refund using your original payment method, which is applicable for debit card and credit card payments. However, if you made your purchase using cash on delivery or UPI, we kindly request you provide us with your UPI ID and bank details so that we can process the refund accordingly.

Yes, the first replacement is completely free. However, any additional replacements after the first one may include applicable shipping and handlining free.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. However, you can return the item and let us know your replacement item, and we will ship it for you.

Yes, you can change your delivery address by contacting our support team before you are shipped. However, you can still change the address after its shipped.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Delivery may take 7–12 days. Sometimes it takes maximum days of 16.

If your order has not been delivered yet, there may have been a delay in transit caused by our delivery partner. In such cases, we recommend, waiting until the delivery TAT date. If still delayed, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
