Order Cancellation by customer

• Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.

To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

A full refund will be processed to your original payment or via manual method within 5-7 business days.

• After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, a cancellation request cannot be accepted.

If you cancel after it’s shipped, you have to pay a certain amount as cancellation charges.

Cancellation charges calculated based on your shipment quantity and wait, the amount fully goes to our delivery partner.

Order Cancellation by Cyberried store

We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• Payment not received or failed
• The order was flagged as fraudulent or suspicious by our system.
• In case of unexpected issues (Pricing errors, technical glitches, etc.)

In such cases, you will get a full refund will be issued.

Customized Products

Orders for customized jerseys (with name, number, or embroidery) cannot be canceled once confirmed.
